Pray for KyoAni (for Kyoto Animation)

Two years ago, on July 18th, 2019, an arsonist set the Kyoto Animation studio on fire causing multiple deaths and injuries at the building. This tribute video is a way to celebrate those animators' lives and to thank them as their work has affected many of us as anime fans forever. My heart goes out to all the victims and their families, may they rest in peace.

I am glad they've made a comeback from such a horrible tragedy. Happily watching Miss Kobayashi's dragon maid season 2 and the Violet Evergarden movie (2020). Hoping for many more great sows from them .

Such beauty they have given us, all of those who died that day deserved to enjoy life so much longer than they did. Especially after what they did for us, they deserved their moments of peace after working so hard. But fate on that day had another path for them, i hope they have peace now. I try to appreciate every day of life because every day should matter. Even if it's been a sad day like the one on July 18th 2019, brighter days will soon follow. And i'm glad to see that Kyoani is back on their feet so that they can keep on giving us these amazing stories. In the legacy of those who died for it.
