He also launched a sharp attack on the Centre, stating that the govt has failed to resolve the border issue with China. “Relationships do not improve by giving hugs to politicians,” he added. 'Rich are getting richer, while the poor are getting poorer. The government's policies are problematic., Dr Manmohan Singh added.
