Great channel. Takes time but the advice eventually sinks in. I would have thought the McKenzie technique would be the last thing I needed. But now after a couple of months, it actually feels good!

My road to recovery began with a new extra firm pocket sprung mattress. At first I thought it too hard, but now 3 months on I love it.
Idiotic of me to leave it so long.
Lower back support for sitting and driving gives a little protection too. Essential to not hinder the recovery.
Not clear yet, still some knee and lower back pain left and there's the awful tendency to go back to the bad habits that got me there once the pain has gone.

I have chronic back tightness that goes down into my hips I've had it for the last 4 years since I was working out and dropped weights on my neck. I've spent thousands of dollars for massage therapy over the years and it seems to help a little and then it goes right back I have no idea what to do
