Jokes aside, Patrick Warburton has a nice singing voice when he's actually trying.

EDIT: I get it. When he's playing the character of Joe, the singing is not good. I think it sounds OK, and that was the reason I said this. Someone in the comments said something about a song he sang called Goddess of the Rain, which solidifies what I said.
