First brew of 2022 had to be a special one 😊!

We took the latest scale we got from Amazon, the 11$ scale, which was truly enjoyable to use as an outdoor scale 💯
.
We had to go finer than usual along with boiling water temlreture in order to enjoy the light roast of this exotic coffee by @corvuscoffee . Although it was roasted almost seven weeks ago, it still has an enjoyable juicy texture with sweet syrpe, and peachy notes 😋

We took the @vssl java grinder to use and test out in the wild (It is designed for this purpose). Final review coming soon!
