Newsom announces California small businesses will receive COVID-19 relief

Gov. Gavin Newsom announced that a new state law will ensure that forgiven coronavirus loan funds aren't treated as taxable income. A second law offers up to $100 million in tax credits for small businesses that agree to hire new or laid-off workers.

Folks, this is pathetic. These pathetic bills are essentially worthless to most businesses and provide almost nothing to compensate the eligible. I have news for you, a state government cannot decide to end your business and completely devalue it one sunny day in March without just compensation. Good Luck in court all decade long California.
