The one oil I tell everyone to have in the medicine cabinet is lavender. Like a lot of essentials It's anti bacteria, anti fungal, and anti viral, but the main attribute I love is it's stimulative action to renew cell regrowth. I had accidentally received 2nd & 3rd degree burns on my one hand. The thought of going through skin grafts made me sick, so I opted to do my own lavender application and within a couple of weeks it was healed, in a couple of months, no scars ! These essential oils are a life line !

Jojoba oil is AMAZING for dry skin. It is absorbed completely and does not leave an oily residue...none!. It is great for dry hair too and adds shine. I sometimes run my hands through my damp hair after applying it to my face.

Hi Chris. Thanks for spreading your knowledge. I was wondering what the best oil to out on your face overnight, without slogging the pours. Also a few months ago, I had what the Dermatologist called Contact Dermatitis from a menthol infused vest for your back and shoulders. I had a very bad rash breakout around the arm pits and neck, which was formed around the outline of the vest, it also eventually spread to my scalp and face, with areas of the scalp that were swelled with red blotch formations on the face. They prescribed topical steroid cream along with a 5-day course of oral steroids. Although the treatment mostly worked, I am still having mild breakouts on the back of my neck and very dry brittle hair than is knotting up when I wash it along with hair fallout. I recently purchased a product called MIELLE, Shampo, Conditioner and topical oil for the Skin.it just arrived today and going to try it today. Do you know anything about this product or have any suggestions for me? Thanks so much for your time and everything you do.

I already have overly oily skin so putting more oil on it is going to help?
Tea tree oil cause me irritation & makes my acne worse so that's not an option. I will def check out either almond or lemon grass though.
