Looking for the best hike in Austin for kids and dogs?!?! Check out Turkey Creek Trail! This easy hike is perfect for families and dogs in Austin Texas. With lots of water and trees shading the trail it’s beautiful and pleasant. Plus dogs are allowed OFF LEASH! Locals have dubbed this Austin Hike “dog commercial trail” because of the happy puppies frolicking in the creek. We’ve lived in ATX for 5 years and we are sharing our favorite places & hikes! Austin is a very kid (and dog) friendly place! Counting down our favorite local hikes & places to eat in Austin Texas before we head out to full-time RV with the family again! We spent 𝞹 day with a beautiful dog & kid-friendly hike then headed out for a much-needed date at one of the best food trucks in town. Can you guess what we had for dessert?
