G= Guest F= front desk clerk
G: Excuse me. How can I get to the meeting room?
F: It's in the 4th floor. You can take either the elevator or the stairs.
G: I don't think I will take the stairs. That seems a bit lazy but where are the elevator.
F: Walk straight along this way, you'll see the door on your left and through the door. They're on the left.
G: Ok,where in the 4th floor is the meeting room.
F: Go part the elevator and turn right. The signs will direct you there. You can't miss it.
G: When does it close?
F: It closes at ten o'clock sharp. Don't worry. You still have plenty of time.
G: Is there anything I should know about using the meeting room?
F: Yes, please take your laptop and adapter to connect your laptop with projector.
G: Is that it?
F: In the meeting room, there are several air conditioners but one was broken. Hopefy, it'll be fixed by tomorrow.
G: That's ok.
F: Well, please don't forget to turn off it when you're finished.
G: I won't.
G: Thanks.
