It is often done in the countryside where you have to dispatch with a sickly animal or one that has begun to display obvious symptoms of severe mental disturbance. This, was a fourteen month old pup that needed training. At that age their prey drive is still pretty intense if they haven't been so and after it attacked her chickens it was likely still roiled from the experience. This fool honestly thinks that she's cutting her rural girl teeth by proclaiming this story. When all it does is show she thinks living beings are able to be thrown away at her convenience. A truly horrid sign for a person in power and displays much of her personality. South Dakota, it wasn't hard to do better.

It is not killing pets. Look at the goat. She shoots it but does not do it right. It is squirming in agony. She now realizes she has no more ammo and has to go to her car. The goat continues to suffer till she arrives again and then puts it our of her misery. Where I come from this is straight animal cruelty and would end in charges.
