3 YEAR MEWING TRANSFORMATION: 2017-2020

Yes, training my tongue to stay on my palate and practicing overall proper oral posture led to this much of a change in 2 year's time. This practice is known as "mewing".

I discovered mewing at age 17, two weeks into an Invisalign orthodontic treatment. I decided to quit the treatment as I was now interested in more than just straightening the teeth.

im pretty sure from 17 to 20 years old your face would just naturally grow noticeably regardless of mewing, theres no way to see if mewing actually helped or if you would have just grown like this without mewing, also you clearly lost body fat as well...

Good, very good, and you are honest in your picture, you can see in sone before and after pics, people tend to roll their heads up to show the jaw grow but that's a lie.
