This Custom Shop Fiesta Red 59 Stratocaster features a five-way pickup selector, and hand-wound recreated '59 Stratocaster pickups, this guitar offers classic tones in a masterfully crafted instrument.

Absolutely beautiful guitar!!! I know Custom Shop guitars are expensive and it’s debatable whether they are worth the extra money, but try finding a ‘59 Stratocaster in immaculate condition! Fender Custom Shop is the “affordable” alternative to buying a classic guitar from the 50s or 60s (sorry 1970s not a great period of guitars 😒😒). Take out a loan Shane that guitar wants to be with you ! I have a custom shop Strat built by a former Fender master builder Makoto Nick Sugimoto ( Sugi Guitars, Japan ), very similar in tone and that vintage classic bulld style as this red beauty. They change the way you play honestly and that ringing Strat chime on stage is also a thing of beauty. Great review mate!

I have an American Professional with Custom Shop '69 pickups in it and it sounds amazing at only $1600 or so. Whenever you get to come back to the states you ought to pick one up and take it back with you. Probably save a lot of money doing it that way...

As a long standing fan of your channel I am familiar with you playing great sounding and great value gear... It is also good to see and hear you with the more expensive gear once a while. To me this is a stark contrast in tone and vibe to the norm for you. To me it provides testimony as to why people with the means buy the custom shop guitars. Some people will say I don’t hear a difference, some will say it’s a crazy price. But just like HiFi and many other products in life, for those that do get it, boy do they get a treat with instruments like this. I totally get it 😬 and I think you played and felt on a whole new strat level with this demo 😊 Please inject some more high end gear into you channel as and when opportunities come up.
