I’ve never had Senegalese food but Ugandan food is the best so far for me. Every dish I’ve had was amazing, and they have this seafood soup that tastes exactly like gumbo.

You need to try beef mafé if you haven't yet. And if you Can find moroccan couscous it's a complete Dish with Root vegetables meat and spicy broth that you eat with the couscous semolina.
