I am still waiting on a response to my letter and Addendum written in March if I recall. Why did someone on your staff duplicate my order when you had a 90- day limitation on returns? Sabastian did not get sick until after the 90 days. I had all this extra food from the duplicate order and my guys were back on their original diet. As I busily took care of Sabastian's needs, I was burdened with ongoing vet bills and the limitations placed on my budget by the extra food order, How could one rationalize two cats consuming all that food! Besides, your staff thought I had a dog and sent a link to order dog food. That was after I had filled out information about my guys to open up communication. After numerous visits to the vet and the stress of thinking I had done something stupid, I now have two healthy and happy guys, I have numerous emails on file as well as a copy of information that I shared with you. I was watching a sewing video when your video popped up, This is the second time I have written this Now, I can resume something more pleasant! .
