DayZ Players Are Angry 😡

So what exactly are soft skills? Soft skills in DayZ have always been the things people thought gave them a bit of an edge the longer they survived. But their actual effectiveness has been debated.

Supposedly the longer you're in DayZ and do things such as chopping wood or sewing, the more effective you become. Trees eventually give you more wood and sewing kits use less of their condition. When you die, you need to build it back up.

Whether or not they've actually been working is another story.

I had no idea that passive skills were even a thing until about 500 hrs into the game. 😂 It really makes no difference to me either way.

I would love to see dayz implement some type of stats system. It would be cool if you could track things like, time survived, zombie killed, players killed, calories consumed, etc.

That’s the one thing that’s been great about day z is no character progression I wanna just survive not worry about upgrading my skills

soft skills need a rework. Their just isnt enough substance to keep them around atm.

Most players I talk to when I say most I mean 99.9% don’t even know what soft skills are so there can’t be that many people pissed off

We did run with a friend, i went for hammer and my buddy for needle, it affects so little to nothing..

I’ve noticed when building if you have your skill on high you would get 4 logs from a tree instead of 2

It's there there kinda but in the form of not getting sick as often, weather resistance if in cold for long time ect.
