In Part 2, I'm building a small grow bed for the tree, mixing the soil, and planting the tree. Apologies for the wind noise. Soil mix is potting soil, turface, and composted cow manure with some Citrus Tone fertilizer thrown in.

I love all these growing experiments! Bonsai is an art, but making good bonsai material requires just as much thought and finesse

This is going to be epic! Can't imagine the root flare this bad boy will have. I've never seen a fully mature fusion project to my knowledge so not sure what they end up looking like.

Do you have anymore undated on this? I’m really trying to do this with some trident maple cuttings that I’ll start spring (150 current you say?)I have the frame along with zip ties etc.
