Aren't the scripting moves and and not seeing the big picture contradictory to macro-managing?
I thought that I, as a leader, should give my subordinates the vision and let them script their way to the solution after I present them the vision (presenting the "why" rather than the "how").

Not only read the book, but studied it.  I am leading the use of 4DX (4 Disciplines of Execution) in a division of our company and the principles described in Switch mesh perfectly with that operating system.  This overview is really magnificent.  How can I obtain a visual of the final depiction?

While this was a good depiction, I still can not say that I now dont need to read the book. Maybe coming back to this video after reading the book will be better.
