Fascinating. I suppose these are "proven reserves, " a number that changes as oil is pumped and more is found. Also, the price of oil is variable; whatever these numbers, they will daily change. Also, the quality of oil in each case, whether "heavy" or "Light, " will be individually subject to market fluctuations. But a fascinating display, as many of these are. Interesting to note that lotsa oil doesn't mean riches. Government incompetence is a much stronger force.

Two factors to consider is the quality of oil and cost of extraction.

Some countries have extraction costs that are really low like Saudi.
