James Moore, former industry minister and currently the senior business advisor at Dentons, joins BNN Bloomberg to discuss Biden's visit to Ottawa which kicked off yesterday. Moore says the U.S.'s short-term commitments to Canada look strong, but there are a lot of inconsistencies with U.S. in their messaging towards Canada in the medium term including pipelines and tariffs. He comments on how China tensions with North America will become a bigger issue long-term and talks about the banks turmoil of late.

Nobody ever talks about LINE 5.
Why does Canada have a critical oil pipeline running through Michigan and into Ontario?
Build a pipeline that stays in Canada. They should be working on this right now before Michigan shuts it off.
