This is why I have 3 large guard dogs. This is the exact reason. I'm afraid one day some crazy idiot is going to try to break into my home and hurt my family because we're Muslim. It happened to a friend my of father after 9/11, and the even sadder thing is, my fathers friend wasn't even Muslim, he was Sikh. As long as I'm living in a western nation, I'm not taking any chances. Which is why I chose to raise 3 massive 120 lb+ dogs and train them as guard dogs, and some of you might say its haram to have dogs, but if they are working dogs, or guard dogs, it's permissible.
