Nothing like a manual cummins. My 04 with a nv5600 and south bend single mass clutch are amazing. I just wish I had an exhaust brake.

I have 2010 Dodge Ram 2500 with manual 6-speed G56 and it has 250, 000 miles and just original clutch went out due to dual mass flywheel started coming apart but the clutch disk was still in ok condition, I switched to single mass flywheel dual disk southband organic and already put 1, 000 miles on it, huge improvement over stock clutch.

My 68rfe with the 5 stage csp efi live tunes sounds very similar . Fun to drive but I can only imagine how fun it is to drive the manual.. my E/B sounds identical especially under a load with tow haul
