SpaceX Tests B7 and Upgrades Starship Launch Platform Ahead of Launch! - Starbase Weekly Update #51

This week at Starbase Booster 7 undergoes what could be its final test before launch, Ship 26 is cryo tested, Ship 27 stacking is completed, and the orbital launch mount receives shielding, while over at Cape Canaveral the Crew-6 astronauts arrive ahead of their upcoming launch to the ISS, and SpaceX launches the Inmarsat-6 F2 mission while keeping it's marine assets busy.

Interesting the two test articles. The wingless ship and the redesigned nosecone. The refuelling/cargo ship with adapter on the nosecone. Both would have a different airframe to a Pez dispenser ship. test articles for the moon mission. And a new high bay. At some point they are going to have to build a tower for the Pez loader.

I was just wondering about all the filling emptying and refilling of tanks.
We learned from the DeHavilland Comet (decades ago) that metal fatigue can result from conitnuous changes in air pressure over time.
I wonder how much effect this would have on the Star ships. Is there a life expectancy to these tanks, perhaps?

Looks like with 26 they finally realized the flippers and tiles just slow down the new stainless to scrap stainless production. Way to streamline the process, Elon.
