I'm new to couponing at Walgreens and can't say I'm loving it. I bought the 3 olay body washes last week and had the $5 coupon clipped. When I entered my phone number, the coupon never came off. I called customer service and they added $5 to my Walgreens $. She said she could see it was clipped in my acct and it wasn't taken off during the purchase. Fast forward to this week and I try again. Coupon is still valid and clipped in my acct. I enter phone number, coupon does not come off. I call again and she says you can only use that coupon once...ever? My question is did everyone get this coupon twice, once last week and once this week? I feel like she was not being honest with me. 🤷‍♀️

I was watching jodi dunns Walgreen video. I believe she mentioned the air wick coupon won't come off because the cpn value is 2.09 and the item is 1.99, so it cpn won't price down. It will work tho online.
