The law should be removed...you all as lawmakers should do a better job trying to get mental health records on these people that commit these crimes....a brace will do nothing to improve the accuracy or the rate of fire of the pistol....these folks aren't very smart at all...

Not one liberal or ATF representative has shown any statistics on "criminal" use of a pistol brace.
If an ordinary handgun can be can be concealed and a braced handgun might be concealed, how does it make the two different? They're both concealable why is one version villified so much more?
Whether criminal use or civilian use, accuracy is a key element of safety. Hitting exactly where you want a bullet to go means it doesn't go anywhere else that you don't want it to go.
None of this makes any sense.

FBI manipulated the situation to get ATF under Justice so they could get their filthy political hands on the ATF gun lab. ATF needs to be moved BACK out from under Justice to Treasury. FBI needs closed. Farm out critical missions to existing redundant programs in other agencies. Give all FBI employees full pension early and bar them from future Government employment directly or through contract. Can't weed through and figure out the good apples from the bad at this point. I don't know what to do with DOJ.
