as per my study , i found out that first is hardware, then data, network, consensus, application, while layer 0 is hardware, layer 1 ensure security, layer 2 scalability, and layer 3 for smart contract and dapps. m confuse in both types. r these same or different. if we google blockchain layers, it shows first layer concept while if we search for layer 0 12 3, there is complete different mechanism and processes. pl help if possible.
