Helping Strangers With Anything and Everything

We went around our city of Vancouver and started helping strangers with anything and everything they needed in hopes of meeting new people in the city!

Whether it's a random act of kindness to someone on the street or responding to ads on craigslist, you can make so many amazing connections through the act of offering help. What's the nicest thing someone has ever done for you?

This makes me want to go out and connect with the strangers in my area. One time while I was walking to my brother's house, someone had ask me if I can help move a dresser that was jammed in a small walkway. I'm black and only 17 and I've always wanted to help others. I grew up in a household that thought me not to talk to strangers. But this changes the way I feel about helping others! You guys are great !!!

A couple months ago, I was diagnosed with end stage renal disease. Right now, I feel so hopeless and useless but watching you guys do these amazing things is making me want to volunteer, which is something that I never thought about doing. I really love elder people, they have experience in life and their conversations are really deep and meaningful, they are really lovely and humble.

I love how the people they helped fed them or gave them something to drink as gratitude for their help.
