How To Stain Pressure Treated Wood-Full Tutorial

In this video, I show you and tell you how to stain pressure treated wood. It is actually a very easy process, and for the most part, you won't even have to wipe off the stain. Most of the stains that are used for exterior wood, like pressure treated lumber, are simply painted on with a paint brush, and then you have to go over them with the brush a couple of minutes after if there is a spot that you have applied too much wood stain to. With that being said, the wood only absorbs a certain amount of stain so you basically can't overdo it with regards to the stain that will actually make it's way into the wooden material.

How do you avoid streaks? When the guys stained my deck, it looked like it was painted on even though they used sponges to apply it. It very heavy in spots and I can see brush marks around the edges of the posts.
