Let's face it they were all about her when they were piggybacking off her after she got famous from drag race. Then when they got in the limelight and got onto Drag Race they couldn't be bothered anymore. It's sick and they were extremely rotted to do this to Aja. Working in the drag community for 25 years I have seen it all, and unfortunately this is not new. It is typical to see these queens get used to climb the ladder it's so sad.

I believe Aja is genuine because I remember always seeing her with them and in a way kind of putting them on and I always wondered...why? because let’s face it most of us just wanted to see Aja but I always thought that was commendable to see her help them and put them on when she didn’t have to. I don’t know the whole story but I feel like unfortunately a lot of people take advantage of people like Aja. I’m not saying they should have kissed her ass but yeah just my two cents.

I still can’t process the fact that Aja quit Drag, being one of the best outcomes of the franchise, a truly talented queen that knows how to turn the party. Being that said, I’m proud of the route of self exploration that she took bc she’s searching for happiness. I can rely on her a lot, I left behind a lot of things that I’m good at it because I want to search for something where I can be unique. She will have my support always.

its really interesting to hear aja's thoughts on gender and drag, it seems like a lot of people criticize them for "giving up" drag but if they are not comfortable with the label of "drag queen" anymore thats no one elses business
