Melissa, I join many others in saying how informative your tutorial is. I’m 72 years old, and traded my 20 year old Lexus ES (60, 000 miles) for this 2023 ES. My dealership set up the Apple Play, and sent me on my way. The manual is overwhelming, but luckily I found you ! The least the dealership could have done was sent me the link to your tutorial. Needless to say, I am viewed it completely, and replayed multiple segments. So I went from an unhappy Lexus owner to a very satisfied customer. THANK YOU SO MUCH for this deep dive!! I actually had made an appointment for service at the Lexus dealer because i thought I was missing a screen on the Multi Information Display, but thanks to your excellent video, I learned i needed to make a few more clicks to turn off a sensor and there’s nothing wrong with the car! Operator Error! I agree with others that Lexus dealers should offer links to your tutorial because the manual just isn’t user friendly!
