I think he's in their management/staff
He helps them get set up and makes sure stuff works, other than that he's a friend of the band too, they are quite close & you can see him in other videos messing around with the guys. As for why he's sleeping on stage... I have know idea xD maybe he's just as crazy as the rest of them ^_^
