Remember Mr.  Daivender Singh, a deputy superintendent of the Jammu and Kashmir Police, was arrested along with two Hizbul Mujahideen militants he was allegedly trying to ferry out of Kashmir??? This police officer, who joined the Jammu and Kashmir Police’s counter-insurgency wing in the 1990s was named by Parliament attack convict Afsal Guru, that Davinder  Singh, who had tortured him at a police camp in Kashmir, later ordered him to take a man to Delhi and make living arrangements for him there. That man was one of the militants shot dead in the attack on Parliament in 2001.  Mr. Singh was later dismissed by J&K Lieutenant Governor Manoj Singha under Article 311 on Thursday

Why no investigation done against Mr Singh based on Afsal Guru naming him and based on Mr Sing's relationship with militant outfits, BJP must answer.
