The role of the Delivery Manager has been around for decades. This Delivery Management session was created to fill the needs of service delivery managers working in a wide range of organizations. As the Delivery Manager facilitates the successful management of team members and work schedules, this course will clear any obstacles that might slow down their team's progress on a project and set the timelines on which products will be delivered.
