WORLD RECORD Snatch and Clean&Jerk ｜Tian Tao VS Li Dayin

Tian Tao and Li Dayin goes head to head at 2023 Asian Championships.
They both set world records in the 89kg class.
Li Dayin snatches 180kg world record and also sets the world record in the total. Tian Tao clean&jerks 222kg and now holds the world record clean&jerk in both 89kg and 96kg class.

These guys are amazing, Dayin doesn't look as comfortable or as fast on the C&J but totally wills it to happen, huge jolt at the start, Tao's clean looks like he could do another 50 lbs its so fast!
