As a Brazilian, I've seen this regime crack and recrack along the years and... Well, nothing. Not a single meaningful change has ever happened. So I'm quite skeptical about internal changes having any other meaning then the regime perpetuating.

Those loans are mostly paid for by Venezuelan oil exports, meaning they are not only F'd now but also in the future.
