400 g Kohl

Mit kochendem Wasser übergießen

1 Zwiebel

Pflanzenöl

3 Knoblauchzehen

7 Champignons

1 Pfeffer

3 Tomaten

150 g Sauerrahm

Gemahlener Pfeffer

35 Minuten bei 180 Grad backen

250 g Joghurt

Dill

1/2 Zitrone

Simply frying sliced cabbage in a little gram fresh butter and a bit of salt is absolutely divine. My Blood Glucose is always a tiny lower after eating my favourite dish. So simple!

It was not a quick 5 minute recipe like you described it to be, but it did look delicious in the end. I was thinking as I watched it, how I use to peel my own tomatoes like that, and go the extra mile to make meals look delicious. Now that my kids are grown and I'm a widow and alone, I don't bother to for just myself. I miss that, so thanks for the video!

I put premade cabbage salads mixes in my lunch or dinner wraps instead of lettuce or with lettuce. Cabbage is the broom of veggies for the gut.
