I make my guacamole, 4 avocados, 1 medium size tomato, half of a red onion, 3 jalapeños, cilantro, garlic, and sea salt. Mmm! I would love to see a graduation table, my son is graduating high school this year. My son has special needs, it’s a special year for my family, very proud of him and the young man he’s becoming. I loved your video! Yes I celebrate Cinco de Mayo. This year I made chicken enchilada pasta, guacamole, salad and fried plantain chips. I also like Chipotle's guacamole so my recipe is as close to theirs as I could get it. I use 2 avocados, 1/2 red onion diced, 1 roma tomato diced, 1/3 diced jalapeno, seeded & ribs removed, 1 tbsp dried cilantro, 2 tsps lime juice, 1/4 tsp salt, and i sprinkle in nature seasoning & sugar to taste (about a pinch each).
