94-year-old fighting to keep Provincetown dune shack gets support from lawmakers

Massachusetts legislators are rallying behind a 94-year-old Provincetown man who is battling the National Park Service to keep his shack in the dunes. WBZ-TV's Mike Sullivan reports.

The national park service takes takes the land back by Eminem domain or when the lease is terminated. Does the national park own the shacks? The owners of the shacks should take the shacks with them or knock them down. Then we'll see how the national park makes their money. It's all about the money to the highest bidder. There's little shacks all over the dunes where the winner's stay for a fixed amount of time.
