Before I did this training I let to goals in, after 3 weeks of this in my training I let zero in and we won the season. THIS HELPED SO MUCH!!! THANK YOU!!!

Need to train low level saves not knowing the side it's going. The problem of the presented drill is that you alreay have your center of mass on the side, which gives you a lot more comfortable time gap to lay down and process the shot

Why is your right and left foot going behind the goal line at the cones ?

It's your back leg that u push from the inside leg should fold, shouldn't be pushing with both feet
