DJI has lifted the lid on the Mavic 3 Enterprise series, consisting of the Mavic 3E and the Mavic 3T. All based on the Mavic 3, the Mavic 3 Enterprise series features a few differences from its consumer-facing model. In short, DJI intends the Mavic 3 Enterprise series for inspections, night flights, and rescue operations, among other uses.

According to DJI, the Mavic 3T has a thermal imaging camera with a 61-degree field of view (FoV), a 40 mm equivalent focal length, and a 640 x 512-pixel resolution. Supposedly, the camera can track living beings, as well as be able to measure area temperature and monitor hot spots. Additionally, the Mavic 3T is capable of showing images from both cameras simultaneously, which should make it easy to make side-by-side comparisons.

Flight time. The Evo 2’s flight time is rated at 41 minutes compared to its closest competitor at 30 minutes.
The remote controller. The Autel Enterprise remote is the brightest display of any Enterprise class drone on the market. the 2,000 NIT display is viewable even in direct sunlight.
The airframe is capable of carrying a payload like the FoxFury Exolander. The Exolander is an add-on accessory that allows you to deliver a payload like a personal floatation device, additional strobe lights, and a focussed beam high-intensity searchlight.
The orange airframe is easier to see than other drones.

A big difference is Autel payloads are interchangeable, DJI makes you buy an entirely new drone to change abilities.

Just got the Evo 2 Pro Enterprise V3 drone. When you take off it takes about 2 seconds to hover like 5 feet, it goes up fast. When you land this drone it hits the grounds a little hard, and bounces off about and inch or two. It does not land smoothly like my other Evo 2 Pro V1 drones. Autel tells me its behaving the way it should. The FC for this drone is very primitive right now, I will be very careful with it until Autel makes updates to the FC. No one shows a video of this drone landing. I dont think its good for it to land that way. Right now it only has 4 filming modes and when you look at the transmission menu the screen is empty and doesnt talk anything about frequencies, Autel informs me this will be with future updates.

You didn’t mention that the Autel Evo 2 does NOT have Geo fencing, which is probably the most annoying thing about DJI drones. You can fly it absolutely anywhere you want. For amateurs Geo fencing is good, but for professionals who already scout the airspace before hand, it is just a MAJOR hindrance. Sometimes even though you are in class G airspace, or are allowed to fly to say 200 feet. The DJI drone will absolutely not let you takeoff. Totally pisses me off. DJI makes incredible hardware, but really doesn’t give a crap about user experience. Only government compliance, so it can be sold in as many countries as possible. Not to mention it’s Chinese maid. They are already spying on us via TikTok the other gadgets on the market

Evo dual 640t is better. It has no geo fence like dji.
