They forgot to stop the timing on the overlay for Dillons takedown attempt, while the actual timing was stopped. So everything was correct but the overlay, so he was not scammed.

I think the referee called i small time out to warn Dillon to stop doing stupid stuff in there but the timer on the stream wasn't stopped it happens all the time in boxing

I read somewhere a long time ago, and I don’t know if this is true, that boxing timers are usually removed on TV around 10 seconds because they aren’t synchronized with the actual timer that they use in the match and they do this so the viewer isn’t left confused why the round didn’t end after the time reached 0.

But also, I’ve noticed that DAZN usually doesn’t stop the timer when the ref calls time out for some reason in every Misfits event, which is strange.

I'm just gonna throw this out there. Danis was always going to get himself disqualified. He didn't want the embarrassment of a legit loss.
If the bell rang to end the fight, his plan would have been to attack Logan while he celebrated or had his back turned.
That fight was NEVER going to the judges.

the overlay doesn't always match up with the official time keepers. it's literally the reason why it disappears at 10 seconds, to stop this kind of discussion every time

Official handling the timer usually makes a loud tapping sound indicating that they are on the 10 second mark.

The timer was wrong they stoped the fight for a few seconds so the ref could warn dillan about trying to take Logan down with illegal moves, they forgot to pause the on screen timer
