I am getting well and truly in the summer spirit, I can feel those vitamin D rays making the world a brighter place and this recipe is the perfect accompaniment to that sunshine. Easy to do, and with such a magic surprise in the centre, you'd have to be lactose intolerant to not love it!!

KP, I make these for my summer BBQs as well. I find a small cube of cheese (or cheese sub) in the middle of the burger helps prevent leakage on the final product. I think it takes longer to melt than the shredded cheese. Lots of love. Keep up the good work!
