Hidden in the east of Berlin behind the famous Hackescher Markt is a small set of courtyards that most people walk past without noticing. These courtyards were once home to the poorest in the city as it was considered a shame to not live close to the streets where the action was. These "Hoefe" as they are called are now home to luxury fashion boutiques, cafes and art galleries.

Welcome to the channel! I travel around quite often and thought it
would be fun to film some of the places I go to and some of the
things that I see when I'm away. One of the main focuses of the
channel is for you to be able to SEE what I see and where I'm
going and what I'm doing at any given time. The purpose is a sense
