Avenue One neighborhood set to be busier than Crossroads, bigger than Aksarben

West Omaha braces for a 200 acre urban district 25 years in the making. Avenue One: The Project that plans to revitalize West Omaha. A neighborhood of single family homes, high end retail and job opportunities sets to transform 192nd and Dodge.

The Omaha News streams live every Wednesday at 4 p.m. on YouTube, Facebook and The Knowledge Network (TKN) during the academic year. The half-hour newscast also airs state-wide on NET reaching all of Nebraska’s 1.9 million residents.
