Curly Bill Brocius: The Most Vicious Outlaw Of The Old West.
The Old West was a time of lawlessness, where men were judged not by their morality but by their ability to wield a gun. And in that world of violence and chaos, few names evoke fear and respect like Curly Bill Brocius.
An outlaw notorious for brutality and cold-blooded murder, Brocius is a force to be reckoned with. He was the Outlaw Leader of the Clanton Gang, who terrorized Arizona in the late 1800s.
In this video, we'll explore the life and crimes of Curly Bill Brocius, while trying to separate fact from fiction in this deadly gunman legend.
According to historical records, William Brocius was born in 1845, better known as Curly Bill Brocius. He is thought to have emigrated from Texas or Missouri to the Arizona Territory in 1878, bringing with him a herd of cattle that he intended to sell to the San Carlos Reservation.
After selling his cattle, Brocius traveled to Tombstone, Arizona, where he quickly gained a reputation as a notorious and dangerous gunman. He was an alcoholic, had a penchant for killing other ranchers' livestock, and was involved in many murders.
Brocius was implicated in a fatal incident in Tombstone, Arizona, in October 1880. When law enforcement officers tried to disarm him, he fatally shot Tombstone's first sheriff, Fred White.
Brocius was later charged with murder, but the jury later acquitted him because they ruled that White's death was accidental...

In the movie Tombstone, everyone talks about Michael Biehn's Johnny Ringo but I think Powers Boothe's Curly Joe is criminally underrated. He positively oozed bad intentions.

"You tell them I'm a coming. And hell's coming with me. You hear me? Hell's coming with me!" Damn I love that scene!

Powers Booth was awesome in "Tombstone". IMHO, perfect casting from the top down. I've never been a western fan, never held The Duke on a high pedestal, but "Tombstone" is one of my top five MOVIES of all time.

Still photos are the best. I always have to pause the vid and look at it for 10min. Every detail in the pic is totally fascinating. The Clothing, or the Stagecoach and how they were built for travel. Everything else going in the background really tells the day. You'd be surprised at things u can pick out that you never realized or knew about. Craziest thing i saw was a stagecoach w a Native female and kids w her Irish Husband displaying a Handmade Native Blanket that had a Plaid pattern on it.

Can you imagine being able to go back in time to spend a night or two in one of these saloons? Wouldn't that be awesome?

You failed to note that in the trial of the killing of Fred White, it was Wyatt Earp who proved that Brocius’ firearm was notorious for firing by accident.

When I was a young boy, my grandfather showed me a newspaper clipping that mentioned the gunfight at the ok corral, his father had kept it, at the time it was just a old clipping to me. I don’t know what became of it. I imagine someone in my family has it still, but who, if it still survives, is anyone guess. Shame…😔

The movie "Tombstone" took liberties with the facts, but I think it captured the character of Curly Bill.
Johnny Ringo remains a mysterious and interesting character to me.

Fred White was a Town Marshal, not Sheriff.

Wait a minute. At 2:30 the narrator says that the pub owner pleaded guilty but was acquitted. How does that work?

They keep showing Fred white as an older man but when he was killed he was only 31 years old. William Brocius was nearly 10 years older that White
