Great initiative...as they say change is the only Constant and we all esp the teachers need to adapt to the changing needs, keep pace with technological advancements in methods of teaching . I'm sure if these inputs are followed and implemented as suggested it will bring a paradigm shift in the teaching methodology and increase its efficacy .The teachers will definitely gain from the exhaustive research work and the two decade plus hands on experience.
