EXTECH Technologies Datalogger 42270 Activation

If you are part of a study that has you send samples to CTL then you have received this type of data logger and about a quarter sized magnet along with it.
This is how you activate it:
Place magnet on to of the logger display - wait 5-10 seconds.
If nothing happens move magnet slightly side-to-side or up-and-down. This activation process can take up to and over 1 minute. - Please be patient.
Also, if the battery is low the display will notify you with an error message. If the battery is completely drained the unit will not turn on at all.
