What do you do with the wiring and plugs? Tape ‘em off and tuck them away?

I have a bad charcoal canister it’s hard to pump fuel and smells like fuel if I got the evap block off plate would that fix my issues with the bad charcoal canister

I have a 5.3 99 Chevy Silverado I want to delete my knock sensors and EGR and O2 sensors how can I do that plus delete it on the computer?

Do you have the gasket model number for the block off plate I can pick up from local store.

Man if I would’ve know more information I added short tube headers and put a block plate on my egr and my car runs like shit now
