Weighing in at 100Kg I have found digital scales tend to give varying results ( you have to stand very still, and in the exactly the same spot ) is this the same?

This version doesn't have a physical switch, it needs a Mi Fit App to change the scale from KG to LBS.

Xiaomi scale sucks. It does not sync bluetooth on your android phone if you don't open the app.
