Fabulous snipe by Poulin, always the go to player for Canada. But also credit Larocque for her iron woman ice time and making the plays needed for both of Canada's 2 and 3rd goals. She makes Canada proud.

Poulin has the Eye of the Tiger. When Canada desperately needs to score, its almost like she wills the puck onto her stick and into the net. Remember the Gold Medal game at Sochi 2014? Canada was down 2 goals to the US with 3 and a half minutes left in regulation. Brianne Jenner gets one, and then Poulin scores with less than a minute left to send that game into overtime; paving the way for Marie-Philip to score the golden goal. 4 years before that, at Vancouver 2010 Poulin scored 2 goals in the 1st period of the Gold Medal final to lead Canada to victory; that game ended Poulin 2 - USA 0.
