For anyone curious, I disassembled my Huntsman TKL and filled the bottom with silicone and lubed all the contact points on each switch with Krytox 205g0 and it made a WORLD of difference in the sound and made the board feel MUCH more premium! Looking forward to seeing what I can do with the V2!

Wow, This is the reason I go for razer. They have good design, mechanics, and all of their products are different from the last. You can tell they pour their hearts into these introductions. Honestly amazing!

It's so expensive but the linear optical switches are a nice edition. End of the day, people buy these and use them for years, so it's become more of an investment than compared to a quick buy. I still use the Chrome V1 TKL/TE, since 2015, and I just changed to the new PBT keycaps. Although the Classic Black has some weird quality issues and shine through problems, I still like them, and the purchase renewed my keyboard. I have both the classic black and the mercury white, and after 6 years with the Chroma V1 TKL, I can say I'm very happy with Razer, as they helped all their old customers with release of these keycaps and didn't force them to just buy a new keyboard while also bringing innovative products that entice for an upgrade.
